In preparation for the March 2023 UN Water Conference in New York, the People’s Water Forum has organised “Blue February”, a series of events and actions calling for water justice (follow the link to find out more)!
With increasing conflicts around its use and the corporate capture of water governance, greater public participation and public-public partnerships in water resources and services management are urgently needed.
The Blue February webinar series invites water justice movements from around the world to join in discussion of these issues and the threats to water and sanitation posed by ongoing privatisation and financialisation in the sector. With serious doubts that the UN conference will be a plural space and not entirely captured by water corporations and financiers, Blue February seeks to provide a space to discuss these urgent and fundamental issues.
BPP, ENDA COLOMBIA, ISF, ONDAS, PENCA DE SABILA and TNI have organised the following webinars in February and March 2023. Join us!
